When someone reports vomiting, diarrhoea or another excluding symptom, the AI explains the exclusion, works out the earliest safe return, and marks the report for the manager.
- Asks the right follow-ups. "Flu" or "a bug" is not enough to decide; the AI asks about actual symptoms.
